We know how exhausting the change process is – there are many things to take care of! We at JJ Cleaning Service can help the process go more smoothly. With the move, cleaning, tenants, landlords and property managers can solve the problem of the move.

Some tips to help you in your moving process:

  • If you start early, you will be more relaxed.
  • Remove everything before cleaning. This will allow us to do the best and most efficient job.
  • Try to get a checklist from your landlord; this will help you to know what he / she expects you to do.

Our change cleaning policies:

  • We do not remove trash from the property.
  • When the work is finished, take a tour of the property for inspection.
  • Any problem found in our service must be reported immediately to resolve.
  • If we need to return to the property to do additional work, that work will be charged at the same rate. Additional work refers to any service that was not previously requested.

We do not provide carpet cleaning / steaming services.

All cleaning includes: kitchen area, living room (a living room and a dining room). The value of each cleaning is estimated by the type of cleaning (General, deep, vacation or move in / move out), and the number of rooms, bathrooms, offices and floors.

Note:

  • Half bathroom will be considered a complete bathroom;
  • If the house has more than two rooms (a living room and a dining room) it will be considered with one more room;
  • Except Move in / move out, no other cleaning includes internal cleaning of the refrigerator and oven, which can be added to your cleaning as requested, for the amount: $ 35.00-Refrigerator and $ 30.00-Oven.

All areas of the home 

  • Dust all accessible surfaces
  • Dust baseboards, chair rails, tables and door panels
  • Vacuum carpets
  • Sweep/vacuum floors and dry/wet mopping (if non-carpet)
  • Light dusting of the blinds
  • Dust and clean mirrors and glass fixtures
  • Dust light switches
  • Empty all trash, take out garbage and recycling
  • Light fixtures
  • Damp wipe baseboards
  • Damp wipe door panels and frames
  • Remove cobwebs
  • Clean interior windows and windowsills
  • Dust ceiling fan (within reach)
  • Inside all of empty cabinets and drawers

 

Bathrooms 

  • Clean and disinfect all accessible surfaces
  • Spot clean cabinet fronts and their handles
  • Clean, disinfect showers and tubs, hair removal
  • Clean and disinfect toilets inside and out
  • Clean and disinfect doorknobs and switch plates
  • Wipe all fixtures
  • Clean sink and wipe all faucets
  • Sweep and damp mop floors
  • Clean mildew and grout areas that can be safely removed*

Kitchen 

  • Dust top of refrigerator
  • Clean and disinfect counter tops
  • Spot clean cabinet fronts and their handles
  • Clean and disinfect doorknobs and switch plates
  • Vacuum and sweep mop floors
  • Load & run dishwasher (1 load) or empty dishwasher (at client's request)
  • Inside oven and refrigerator

 

Bedrooms 

  • Vacuum carpets
  • Vacuum floors and dry and wet mopping (if non-carpet)

 

* Depending on the severity of the problem, we might not be able to effectively clean all mildew/grout areas.
